By connecting a WhatsApp Business number to Awon you agree to these terms.
The service
Awon connects to your WhatsApp Business Account through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and operates an AI assistant that replies to your customers on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to use the number and business you connect.
- You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy, including getting opt-in before messaging customers first.
- You are responsible for the information (prices, availability, policies) you give the assistant.
- Meta charges for conversations on the payment method in your WhatsApp Business Account.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your number, your WhatsApp Business Account and your data. You can disconnect Awon at any time from Meta Business Settings or by contacting us.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is". AI replies can be wrong; we are not liable for indirect losses arising from automated replies or from outages of Meta or other providers.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break Meta policies or these terms.
